Is Soody jewellery waterproof?

Our jewellery is water-resistant for everyday life. A shower, handwashing, rain and sweat are perfectly fine. We just recommend avoiding long soaks — such as swimming in a pool or the sea — to keep it looking its best.

Is it safe for sensitive skin or a nickel allergy?

Yes. Soody pieces are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel that is nickel-free, so they are gentle even on sensitive skin — no green marks, no irritation.

Will it tarnish or fade over time?

Every piece is finished after countless tests so it resists tarnishing and keeps the look it had on day one for a long time. It is made to be worn every day.

Is each piece really handmade?

Yes — every piece is made by hand, one at a time, in Penang. Because it is handmade, the bead order, colour mix and finish vary slightly from the photos. That is not a flaw; it is what makes your piece one of a kind, and yours alone.

Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?

We ship across Malaysia and Singapore. Shipping is a flat RM8 within Malaysia (free over RM150) and RM25 to Singapore (free over S$80).
