How to delete your Soody account and your data
Soody (app developer: NEXIX) lets you ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. There is no charge and you do not need a reason.
HOW TO REQUEST
Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you no longer have access to that address, tell us your name and the email or phone number on your orders so we can find your account.
We reply within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming who you are.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your account and sign-in details. Your name, email address and phone number. Your saved shipping addresses. Your device registration for new-product notifications.
WHAT WE HAVE TO KEEP
Records of orders you already placed - order number, items, amount and date - are kept for seven years. Malaysian tax and accounting law requires this, so we cannot delete them on request. They are not used for marketing, and after your account is deleted they are no longer linked to a login.
IF YOU ONLY WANT THE NOTIFICATIONS TO STOP
You do not need to delete your account. Turn Soody notifications off in your phone settings at any time, and we stop sending them.
